Which countries does Opditch ship to?

We ship throughout Denmark and the USA with free shipping on all orders.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery is free on all orders to both Denmark and the USA β€” there is no minimum purchase requirement.

How long does delivery take?

Denmark: 6–9 business days in total (1–2 business days for processing, 5–7 business days in transit).
USA: 8–14 business days in total (1–2 business days for processing, 7–12 business days in transit).

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package the whole way.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

For deliveries within Denmark, there are no additional charges. For deliveries to the USA, customs or import duties may apply; these are charged by the authorities or the carrier and are borne by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

How do I start a return?

Email kontakt@opditch.com with your order number, and we will send you instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you change your mind, you pay for return shipping yourself. If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover all costs.

In what condition must the item be returned?

The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.

When will I get my refund?

Once we have received and approved the return, we initiate the refund within 5 business days after inspection to the same payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days before the amount appears in your account.

What do I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Send us photos at kontakt@opditch.com, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

In which currency are payments processed?

All prices and payments are in Danish kroner (DKK), unless another currency is shown at checkout. For customers in the USA, your bank or card issuer may convert the currency to USD.

Is payment on your website secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted, secure payment solutions. We never store your full card details.

Yes, our LED table lamps are cordless and rechargeable via USB-C, so you can place them anywhere without cable clutter.

Can I dim the light?

How long does a charge last?

It depends on the model and brightness level β€” typically between 8 and 160 hours. See the individual product page for details.

Are the product images true to color?

We strive to reproduce colors as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur depending on your screen.

Do the lamps come with a warranty?

Yes. You have a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Customers in the USA are covered by any applicable statutory warranty rights under state law.
