Thank you for your purchase from Opditch. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in Denmark, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive). The period runs from the day you receive the goods. Opditch voluntarily extends this right to 30 days from the date you receive your order. However, the voluntary 30-day return window applies only under the conditions set out below.
Customers in the USA: The voluntary 30-day return window also applies to all orders delivered to the USA, counted from the date you receive your order. Any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable US federal or state law remain unaffected.
Return Conditions
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- With all original tags and labels attached
- In the original packaging
- In undamaged, original condition
Return Procedure
- Contact us by email (kontakt@opditch.com) or phone (+44 7735 301328) with your order number and the reason for the return.
- After approval, you will receive return instructions by email.
- Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and labels.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (tracking).
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (actual carrier rates for the chosen service) — unless the item is defective, damaged, or was delivered in error. In those cases, we cover all costs in full.
Refunds
Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account. We do not charge any restocking fees — the refund equals the full product amount paid.
Statutory Warranty
Regardless of the voluntary return window, the statutory warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies: if an item is defective, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a proportionate price reduction. The statutory warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery. For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we cover all return costs in full.
Customers in the USA: You are covered by any statutory warranty rights (including "implied warranties") under applicable state law. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, we cover all costs in full — regardless of the delivery country.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original packaging or with missing tags/labels
- Personalized products
- Gift cards
- Hygiene items with a broken seal
- Items marked as Final Sale
Digital Products
Opditch sells physical goods only. We do not offer any digital products, downloads, or digital content. This return policy applies exclusively to physical products.
Subscriptions
Opditch does not offer any subscriptions or recurring orders. All purchases are one-time transactions with no subscription commitment.
Processing Fees
We do not charge any processing fees (restocking fees) for returns. The refund equals the full product amount paid.
