4. Products and Prices

We strive to provide accurate product information. Minor variations (e.g., due to screen settings) may occur. All prices are stated in DKK unless another currency is shown at checkout, with no hidden fees. Free standard shipping to Denmark and the USA. Price changes do not apply to confirmed orders.

If a product is unavailable, we offer the option to wait, an alternative, or a full refund.


5. Orders, Changes, and Cancellations

Orders are accepted upon order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailability, or payment issues.

  • Before dispatch: Changes/cancellations are accepted where possible — contact us as soon as possible.
  • After dispatch: Cancellation is no longer possible; returns are handled in accordance with the return policy.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through certified payment providers. We do not store full card details on our own servers.


7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: 5–7 business days (Denmark) / 7–12 business days (USA)
  • Total delivery time: 6–9 business days (Denmark) / 8–14 business days (USA)
  • Shipping costs: Free standard shipping to Denmark and the USA

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Details in our return & refund policy. Summary:

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery (voluntary return window) — in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal
  • Return shipping: Borne by the customer, except for defective/incorrect items
  • Restocking fee: None
  • Refund time: Refund initiated within 5 business days after inspection + 3–5 business days bank processing
  • Refund method: Original payment method

9. Warranty and Statutory Rights

Our products are covered by the statutory warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The statutory warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery. If an item is defective, you have the following rights:

  • Remedy (repair) or replacement
  • Proportionate price reduction
  • Cancellation of the purchase with a full refund (in the case of material defects)

These terms do not limit your non-waivable rights under Danish law.

Customers in the USA: Non-waivable consumer rights and statutory warranties (including "implied warranties") under applicable US federal or state law remain unaffected by these terms.


10. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, images, logos, designs) belongs to Opditch or our licensors and is protected by copyright. No commercial use without written consent. Private use for viewing or printing is permitted.


11. User Content

Reviews and feedback you submit must be free of third-party rights. You grant us the right to use them as part of our business operations. We remove unlawful or misleading content.


12. Data Protection

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or lost profits. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected. Maximum liability per order: the order value.


14. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate order and address information, maintaining account security, reviewing product information before purchase, and complying with applicable laws.

We strive to resolve complaints within a reasonable time.

Online dispute resolution (EU): The European Commission provides an ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may also submit a complaint to the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution / Consumer Complaints Board (Center for Klageløsning / Forbrugerklagenævnet) via forbrug.dk. We do not participate in mandatory consumer arbitration proceedings, but we are always available for direct contact.


19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law. The place of jurisdiction is the competent ordinary courts of Denmark, to the extent permitted by law. Non-waivable consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.


20. General Provisions

Entire agreement: These terms of service, together with the privacy policy, shipping policy, and return policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Opditch.

Severability: If any individual provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.

Waiver: Failure to enforce a right immediately does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our written consent.


21. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms of service at any time. Changes will be published on the website. In the case of material changes, we will also notify you by email. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
