Shipping Policy

  • Total delivery time: 8–14 business days

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, DHL

2. Shipping Area

Opditch currently ships to Denmark and the USA.

We do not offer shipping to other countries at this time. Customers outside Denmark and the USA may not be able to complete payment at checkout.


3. Customs and Import Duties (USA)

For deliveries to the USA, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply and are collected by the US authorities or the carrier upon import. Any customs and import duties are borne by the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. Please contact your local customs authorities for further details before placing your order.

No additional charges apply to deliveries within Denmark.


4. Shipping Process

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email with a complete summary of your purchase.

We then begin processing your order. Processing time is normally 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Once your package has been dispatched, it is shipped via PostNord, GLS, or DHL (Denmark) or USPS, UPS, or DHL (USA) with track & trace, and you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Transit time is normally 5–7 business days for Denmark and 7–12 business days for the USA, Monday through Friday, after dispatch.

The total estimated delivery time is therefore approximately 6–9 business days for Denmark and 8–14 business days for the USA.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or periods of high order volume.

If a delay occurs beyond the estimated delivery window, customers are notified by email about the current order status. The shipment can also be tracked via the tracking link in the shipping confirmation.


5. In Case of Delivery Delays

If an order has not arrived by the end of the maximum stated delivery time, we recommend waiting up to 2 additional business days and checking the tracking information.

Please include your order number so we can investigate your delivery and assist you quickly.


6. Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@opditch.com or by phone at +44 7735 301328 before the order has been dispatched.

If the order has already been dispatched, it can be returned in accordance with our return & refund policy.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@opditch.com and send clear photos of the issue.

After review, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

If a return is required, we will provide return instructions and cover all return shipping costs in full.
